Statement: The Broken Window Theory is a theory in criminology which indicates the current extent of urban disruption, vandalism and its impact on increasing crime and anti-social behaviors. The theory states that the maintenance of urban environments in a good state may prevent further sabotage as well as the rising of more serious offenses.
This work is a reproduction by paper making from tore up papers of the Iranian Book: Laws and Regulations of the Dispute Resolution Council. I also add some black colors to a small part of pulp to reach a composition correlated with the concept.

Context: this is a proposal for Fourth Murals biennial of Tehran which has been exhibited at Imam Ali Museum of Arts (2017). It designed to make environment active and optimize the use of urban space. Utilizing the rhythm of human movements on the meter is the main factor in the visual quality of this design which would be painted on the autobahn’s wall.
by increasing the speed of the cars in different parts of the highway, moving of characters on the meter would be changed and people inside the cars could see different motions of the characters like running through the fast speed like an animation work. walking, running, jumping of the characters would be consonant with the average speed of the cars by evaluating the average moving of traffic in the region of the mural.
